PROJECT NAME : Proper Waste Disposal in Barangay San Francisco

INTODUCTION:

One of the many issues faced by many residence of BRGY. SAN FRANCISCO Purok 4 is the absence of proper drainage system. Every time it rains, the said areas will be heavily flooded because of inadequate sewers that are often blocked by either garbage from the nearby areas or garbage from the seaside. Most residents in Purok 4 will mostly suffer from heavy floods. This problem had not been given any solution by the Barangay for the last few years.

The most common causes of blocked drainage systems are: Buildup of household materials, such soap, hair food and fat in the pipes that solidify in external pipes. Piling up of objects such as leaves and dirt that get pushed into gutters and drains by rain and storms. Tree roots entering broken pipes.

PURPOSE:

To help the lives of the resident of Barangay San Francisco Purok 4. Ensure their safety during heavy rains and floods. To make sure that when ever it rains the soid area in Barangay San Francisco will no longer suffer from floods. Excess of water. The internal drainage of most agricultural soils is good enough to prevent severe waterlogging but many soils need artificial drainage to improve production or to manage water supplies.

Safe and comfortable life for the resident of Barangay San Francisco. Securing the lives and improving their ways of life to bring in positivity and hope that this drainage project promotes. To alleviate and solve the challenges of Barangay San Francisco specially in Purok 4.

DESCRIPTION:

The Republic act (RA) 9003 otherwise known as the ecological solid waste Management Act of 2000 provides the necessary policy framework institution mechanisms and mandate to the local government unites (LGUS) to achieve 25 percent waste reduction through establishing an integrated solid waste management plans based on.

Regarding the drainage project of Barangay San Francisco, the Barangay San Francisco must strictly implement the said project. People need to understand the urgency in implementing the Barangay ordinance specially now that the Global warming and climate change usually creates heavy rains that causes floods.

SUPPORT:

Barangay Ordinance that will support the proper drainage system and correct waste disposal in Purok 4 Barangay San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite. We need to impose cleanliness so that the garbage will not clog in the drainage and for the water to flow properly and we must not simply throw the garbage, it needs to be recycled and not just burned. Proper waste disposal must be implemented. The municipality must also see to it that garbage are collected on time.
